Unused credits roll over
Monthly credits carry forward up to three times your plan's allowance, so a quiet month is not wasted. Pack credits stay with your account while it is active.
Failures are refunded
If a job fails on our side or at the provider before a model is produced, the credits go straight back to the batch they came from. You pay for models you get.

Is there a free trial?
Every new account gets its first 3D model free: 25 credits are added when you confirm your email, valid for 14 days, enough for one full-quality generation of your own product, viewable in AR and publishable on your free plan. No card needed. After that, plans and credit packs take over.
What exactly is a credit?
Credits pay for 3D generation only. One standard generation costs 25 credits, and your plan's monthly allowance refreshes on your billing date. Viewing, sharing and AR scans are never metered.
Do unused credits expire?
Monthly credits roll over up to three times your plan's allowance, so a quiet month is not wasted. Credits bought in a top-up pack are tracked separately and stay with your account while it is active.
What happens if a generation fails?
You get the credits back automatically. If a job fails on our side or at the provider before a model is produced, the exact credits are returned to the batch they came from.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. There are no transaction fees and no commission. You pay for your plan and for the 3D you generate. What you sell is entirely yours.
Is there a limit on how many people can view my AR pages?
No. Views and QR scans are unlimited on every plan, including Basic. We do not throttle a page or charge more when it does well.
What if I need more items than my plan allows?
Upgrade at any time and the higher cap applies immediately. Nothing you have already published is affected. If you need a size that sits between two tiers, get in touch and we will sort it out.
Can I use my own domain and remove Pixeloa branding?
Branding removal is included from Starter upward: your AR pages and embeds show no “Powered by Pixeloa”. A custom domain for your storefront and AR pages (shop.yourdomain.com) is included on Business and Custom, and available on Starter as a $10 per month add-on from your billing page; setup is one DNS record under Account → Custom domain. Full white-labeling is scoped per contract on the Custom plan; talk to us.
How do annual plans work?
Annual billing saves about 16% and is charged once a year. Credits are still granted monthly with the same rollover, you are not handed a year's worth up front.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Change plan or cancel at any time before your next billing date. Refund eligibility is usage-based, with grace-period protection for genuine cases.
Are taxes included?
Stripe calculates and collects any applicable tax at checkout, and receipts are emailed automatically.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Top-up packs are for accounts on a paid plan. The plan covers your storefront, catalog pages and hosting; packs simply add generation capacity on top of it.
